Role Overview

We're #Hiring a Social Media Manager to own our on-site social efforts. You'll craft and execute both organic and paid campaigns that build brand authority, engage high-net-worth prospects, and drive qualified leads for our property advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media roadmap aligned with our lead-generation goals.
  • Manage sizeable paid-social budgets, optimizing spend to maximize ROI on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling visuals, videos, and copy that resonate with property investors.
  • Launch, monitor, and A/B-test paid and organic campaigns—adjusting strategies in real time to achieve target CPL and conversion metrics.
  • Track key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, engagement), generate insights, and present performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of emerging social features, ad formats, and platform best practices to keep M Realtors at the forefront.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Advisory teams to ensure social campaigns align with overall business objectives and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years managing social media for a fast-growing brand or agency, with direct oversight of six-figure+ ad budgets.
  • Demonstrable track record in lead-generation campaigns—please include case studies or KPI snapshots.
  • Comfort with platforms' analytics dashboards, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets for deep-dive performance analysis.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and emerging channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written English; ability to craft persuasive copy and clear reports.
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
