Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and support critical project management activities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and independent, capable of managing end-to-end project deliverables without requiring oversight. A background in business analysis is a strong plus. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical know-how in PM tools, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans.
  • Track progress, control deliverables, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including timelines, status reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with both business and technical teams to drive progress.
  • Utilize Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and other project management tools effectively.

Qualifications/Skillset:

  • Minimum graduation - Bachelors/Masters in relevant field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in complex business environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience with project tracking tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Visio, and project planning tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in EST time zone.
  • Business Analysis experience is highly desirable.
