Job Description:

  • Resolve Microsoft Outlook issues and provide email support.
  • Knowledge of network protocols.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for seamless operations.
  • Provide technical support for users who have hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and network equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including OS, VPN, and network connectivity.
  • Assist in maintaining system security, including software updates, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement IT solutions and upgrades.
  • Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts.
  • Assist in backups and data recovery processes.
  • Create and manage Active Directory user accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of networking devices like switches, routers, Layer 3 switches, and access points.
  • Install and configure IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and network switches.
  • Perform ducting, wiring, and CAT6 cabling for surveillance systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years
  • Education: BSCS/BSIT
  • Candidates having CCNA, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA N+ certifications.
