Job Overview:

We are looking for an experiencedImplementation Consultantto join our dynamic team. This role will focus on the deployment and implementation of our ERP solution for clients across Lahore and outside the region. The ideal candidate will possess solid accounting knowledge, experience with ERP deployments, and the ability to work closely with clients to ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ERP solutions for clients in various industries, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business processes.
  • Provide on-site and remote support for ERP deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct business process analysis and map client requirements to ERP system capabilities.
  • Provide training and documentation to clients to ensure smooth user adoption of the ERP system.
  • Offer post-implementation support, resolving issues and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all deployments are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in ERP solution implementation, particularly in accounting and financial modules.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and their deployment processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed (both within and outside Lahore).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Certification in ERP-related solutions or project management (e.g., PMP, ERP-specific certifications).
  • Previous experience in a consultancy or client-facing role.
