Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Manager to lead our ERP business development efforts across Pakistan. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully selling 5–10 ERP solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, and Odoo, and is skilled at managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

You'll be instrumental in positioning Liztek's ERP offerings to mid-sized and enterprise-level clients, collaborating closely with our pre-sales and technical teams to create customized, value-driven solutions.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite Travel Required)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Education: Minimum 16 Years (Bachelors/Master's in Business Administration, Computer Science)

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and closing ERP sales opportunities.
  • Present and pitch Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, Odoo, and related platforms to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, to contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for demo sessions, RFP responses, and solution design.
  • Understand client pain points and develop tailored ERP solutions that demonstrate ROI.
  • Maintain records, generate regular sales reports, and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote long-term engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, ERP technologies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–8 years of proven ERP sales experience (minimum 6–10 successful ERP solution sales).
  • Deep understanding of ERP products like Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, and Odoo.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work onsite Lahore and open to travel across Pakistan for client meetings and presentations.
