We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and fluentArabic-speaking Front Sales & Up-selling Representativeto join our company. You will be the first point of contact for our UAE clientele, responsible for converting inquiries into sales and up-selling relevant digital services such asLogo Design, Website Development, and Mobile Apps.

Timings: 11am-8pm

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, emails, and live inquiries from UAE-based leads.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively inArabic.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Present service packages, explain features, and guide clients through the sales journey.
  • Upselladd-ons such as branding, social media management, SEO, and maintenance packages.
  • Build strong client relationships through professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Maintain CRM records of interactions, follow-ups, and deals.
  • Collaborate with the production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed the sales activity metrics designed to make you productive and successful.
  • Perform other duties and projects, as assigned to support the business growth
  • Execute the role with the utmost professionalism and in a way that aligns to Agency Partner Interactive's core values
  • Meet and exceed assigned Sales Quota

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of proven record of exceeding sales goals and quotas
  • Self-driven and able to manage a diverse, high-volume workload; Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Excellent English written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Mandatory: Fluent Arabic speakingalong with excellent listening skills
  • Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital services (logo design, websites, mobile apps)
  • Prior experience insales, customer service, or digital agency workis a big advantage
