Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement an automation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Identify areas and processes suitable for automation by conducting comprehensive assessments and analysis.
  3. Design and develop automation solutions using relevant tools and technologies.
  4. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  5. Deploy automation solutions and integrate them with existing systems and processes.
  6. Continuously monitor automated processes, perform troubleshooting, and ensure ongoing maintenance.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for automation solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
  8. Provide training and support to end-users and team members on using automation tools.
  9. Identify opportunities for further optimization and enhancements of existing automation solutions.
  10. Ensure that automation solutions adhere to relevant compliance and security standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement QA quality tests using scripts that automatically test system operation.
  2. Find opportunities for automation within computer software processes.
  3. Write code to automate specific processes.
  4. Install databases and applications crucial to automation.
  5. Test operating system performance.
  6. Identify quality issues and bugs in service, development, and business processes.
  7. Collect requirements from end-users, customers, or clients to create the best automation strategies.
  8. Collaborate with other business departments to understand how automation can improve a company's productivity.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
  3. Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions.
