We are looking for Product Designer(s) with 3+ years experience. You have to be an artist at heart.

We are seeking a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer.

You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
  • Identify new product improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
  • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
  • Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
  • Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Develop creative solutions and interaction design concepts for mobile and web-based solutions.
  • Own the entire design process from wireframes to prototypes to final designs.
  • Develop deep empathy for users to inform your work and create simple, beautiful solutions across web and mobile platforms.
  • Fulfill requirements and complete tasks within deadlines.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with Adobe programs, Figma, XD, Sketch, and other design software.
  • In-depth knowledge of user-centric design processes and usability principles.
  • Strong design skills, including effective use of color, form, and composition.
  • Ability to communicate and persuade around design concepts.
  • Good English reading and comprehension skills.
  • Experience owning the visual design of a product or project.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and translate requirements into quick concepts.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn new skills.
  • A sense of humor.
  • Hardworking and passionate, especially as we are growing rapidly.
Nice to Have
  • Motivated to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to develop marketing and branding materials.
  • Knowledge of Marvelapp, Miro, Whimsical, and FigJam.
  • WordPress knowledge is a plus.
Educational Requirements

Educational background is not critical; what matters is being smart, passionate, hardworking, and fun.

Working Hours
  • 8 AM – 5 PM
Working Days
  • Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.
Workplace
  • On-site at our office.
Salary
  • TK. 40,000 – 80,000 BDT (based on skills and experience).
  • Yearly salary increments.
