Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Offshore Competitive Intelligence Analyst to support our strategic initiatives in the data center industry as part of the Competitive Intelligence Team. This position will report to the Competitive Intelligence Manager. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and providing actionable insights to help our organization stay ahead in the rapidly evolving data center landscape. The ideal candidate will have expertise in competitive intelligence, data analysis, and a deep understanding of the data center ecosystem, including colocation, cloud services, and infrastructure providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research on data center providers, cloud services, colocation facilities, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain competitive profiles, including SWOT analyses, benchmarking reports, and strategic insights.
  • Monitor and track industry news, financial reports, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting the data center market.
  • Analyze pricing models, service offerings, and expansion strategies of key competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic planning, business development, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of market intelligence for easy access by sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines in competitive intelligence gathering and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or business analysis within the data center industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in an offshore setting while collaborating with global teams.
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure, cloud computing, colocation services, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an offshore or remote role.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms and research databases.
  • Understanding of global market dynamics and competitive positioning strategies in the data center sector.
