Ibex, is looking to hire an Artificial Intelligence Analyst - Business Intelligence. The position will be focusing on AI Accuracy would ensure the reliability and effectiveness of AI models. This role involves data quality analysis, model validation, bias mitigation, and post-deployment monitoring, ultimately ensuring AI systems deliver accurate and trustworthy results

Responsibilities:

Data Quality Assurance

  • Ensuring the data used to train and evaluate AI models is accurate, clean, and consistent
  • Evaluating the performance AI models and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Identifying and addressing potential biases in AI models to ensure fairness and accuracy

Post-Deployment Monitoring

  • Tracking the performance of deployed AI/ML systems and making adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and reliability.

Technical Expertise

  • Processing a strong understanding of AI principles, data science, and relevant technologies

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Big Data solutions
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, and other visualization tools
  • Willingness to learn new data techniques, methods and tools
  • Knowledge about analytical approaches, methods and modeling
  • AI/ML Expertise: Strong understanding of machine learning and AI frameworks
  • Data Analysis: Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization techniques.
  • Data Quality Knowledge: Understanding of data quality concepts, such as completeness, accuracy, consistency and timeliness
  • AI Governance and Compliance: Knowledge of AI model validation, bias, mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Statistical Analysis: Ability to perform statistical analyses and interpret results.
  • Comfortable in EST time zone (Evening/night - work from office)
