Webnike is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist - RSP to join our dynamic and fast-growing team at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office. If you have a passion for social media marketing, data scraping, and lead generation, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in the digital marketing industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in social media lead generation, web scraping, and research, with a specific focus on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Prior experience in RSP (Remote Sales Process) will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted lead generation campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Utilize web scraping tools and techniques to extract and analyze potential leads and business opportunities.
Identify and engage with potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads.
Research, analyze, and maintain a database of leads, ensuring up-to-date and relevant contact information.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead-generation strategies and optimize conversions.
Leverage automation tools and AI-based strategies to maximize efficiency in lead acquisition.
Track and report key metrics, providing insights to improve lead generation processes.
Required Skills & Expertise:
6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, for business networking and lead identification.
Proficiency in web scraping tools and data extraction techniques to gather potential leads from various sources.
Prior experience in RSP (Remote Sales Process) is a plus.
Excellent communication and research skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and engage potential leads effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and automation platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced and innovative work environment.
