GSPANN is hiring a seasoned Integration Architect. As we march ahead on a tremendous growth trajectory, we seek passionate and talented professionals to join our growing family.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Act as SPOC for the solutions or applications being developed, interacting with client.
  2. Participate in scoping, estimating efforts, etc.
  3. Collaborate in planning milestones, key deliverables, assumptions, commercials, and dependencies.
  4. Develop an integration strategy that encompasses the goals of a client.
  5. Drive solution architecture and design and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable applications/ frameworks.
  6. Take critical technical decisions to meet client expectations.
  7. Define best practices and coding standards.
  8. Define the code review process for the team to follow and perform code reviews.
  9. Ensure that the team maintains a high level of technical competence.
  10. Identify business problems and come up with ideas to build solutions and frameworks to offer to various clients and monetize.
  11. Generate and execute skill-building plans.
  12. Assist in hiring the right talent for the organization.
  13. Motivate and mentor team members.
  14. Contribute to white papers, blogs, case studies, etc.

Skills And Experience

  1. 12+ years of experience in integration tools (like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Tibco, Biztalk, webMethods, IBM IIB, Apache Camel, etc.) and Java / J2EE
  2. Experience in Dell Boomi is mandatory.
  3. Prior experience in MuleSoft / Azure Integration Services is highly desirable.
  4. Should be thorough with web services (REST & SOAP).
  5. Very strong experience in designing medium to large enterprise applications.
  6. Should have expertise in messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, Rabbit MQ, JMS etc.)
  7. Experience in API Management (APIGEE, MuleSoft, Zuul, etc.)
  8. Exposure to Authentication, Authorization, SSO using JWT, OAuth, SAML is required.
  9. Excellent in design patterns, data structures & algorithms, OOAD.
  10. Experience in Pre-Sales - define end-to-end solution architecture covering technical, deployment architectures, and non-functional & performance aspects and drive proposals.
  11. Mandatory experience in Retail - E-commerce domain, IDE (Eclipse, IntelliJ, NetBeans, etc.), and Maven.
  12. Good with code refactoring and application performance tuning.
  13. Very strong implementation experience using Test-Driven Development, Domain-Driven Design, and clean code principles.
  14. Should have client-facing experience and have worked in matrix organization & onsite-offshore models.
  15. Experience in using estimation techniques like (Use-case, FP, Story points).
  16. Experience in creating presentations, demos to customers and the internal management team.
  17. Experience in Agile execution methodology is mandatory
  18. Should have excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  19. Strong team management skills.
  20. Good team player with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  21. Should be able to support multiple projects.
