Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi, Pakistan, for a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the BS-HND program at Hamdard University's Karachi campus. The role involves preparing and delivering lectures, creating course materials, assessing student progress, conducting research, engaging in scholarly activities, mentoring students, and participating in departmental and university activities.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in subject matter related to the BS-HND program, including curriculum development and research.
  • Strong teaching skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver effective lectures and assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring students and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using educational technologies and methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Previous teaching experience in higher education is preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and scholarly activities.
