As a Structural BIM Modeler, you will be a vital member of our engineering team, responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) focused on structural systems. Collaborating closely with structural engineers and project stakeholders, you will contribute to the seamless integration of structural elements into overall project design.

  • Develop and maintain precise 3D BIM models for structural systems based on engineering specifications and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers to incorporate design changes and optimize structural efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve clashes within the structural discipline and coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, MEP) to address interdisciplinary clashes.
  • Utilize BIM software, such as Revit, to generate detailed drawings, documents, and schedules related to structural systems.
  • Ensure that BIM models adhere to established structural standards, industry best practices, and project requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and visualizations to effectively communicate structural design concepts.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
  • BSc Civil Engineering or relevant Diploma.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Structural BIM modeling.
  • Proficient in BIM software, particularly Revit, with a specialization in structural modeling.
  • Familiarity with structural engineering standards, codes, and protocols related to BIM.
