Job Description & Summary

Our Sustainability Advisory team is seeking experienced, motivated, and talented individuals who want to build a dynamic, purposeful, and long-term career in consulting. As part of our team, you will support clients on their sustainability transformation journey, including governance, strategy development, implementation, reporting, and assurance. You will address global challenges related to sustainability and climate reporting, responsible supply chains, circular economy, responsible investments, sustainable finance, and offer value-added solutions focusing on long-term stakeholder value.

As a member of our sustainability advisory team, you will:

  • Participate in consulting engagements on sustainability strategy, implementation, reporting (e.g., ESRS, IFRS S1 & S2, GRI), and assurance.
  • Assist in conducting sustainability reporting readiness assessments, due diligence, risk and opportunity assessments, scenario modeling, and stress testing.
  • Conduct research and analysis on sustainability-related areas, regulations, and global trends.
  • Contribute to workshops and seminars.

About You

  • Must have 1-5 years of experience in sustainability-related work, focusing on reporting or advisory.
  • Experience with GRI, IFRS S1 & S2, GHG measurement, GHG Protocol, LCA, Net Zero, SBTi, Carbon Management, ISO 14064, etc.
  • Demonstrate capability to deliver engagements on sustainability strategy development and implementation.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in sustainability/ESG issues and propose solutions.
  • Possess market research and data analytical skills, including synthesizing complex data into insights and dashboards.
  • Have technical knowledge of climate science and scenario modeling.
  • Understand sustainability perspectives across industries.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Passion for consultancy work, working under strict timelines with diverse teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Sustainable Development, Climate Science, or related fields.
