We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP (including Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and support of Dynamics 365 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand their processes, needs, and objectives.
• Analyze and document functional requirements for both CRM and ERP modules.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Field Service, etc.) to meet business requirements.
• Conduct functional workshops and training sessions with users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• Support testing phases (UAT, SIT) by creating test cases and assisting users.
• Participate in go-live planning, cutover, and post-implementation support.
• Create and maintain documentation (functional specs, user guides, training material).
• Ensure system compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations based on user feedback and business changes.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or Field Service.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, testing, and user training.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data migration, integration techniques, and Azure services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Certifications (MB-210, MB-310, MB-500, PL-200, etc.) are preferred.
