About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will help design memorable travel experiences by offering expert advice, tailored packages, and seamless booking services. If you are passionate about travel, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Plan, prepare, and book comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transport, and tours.
  • Use GDS platforms such as Galileo and Sabre for reservations and fare calculations.
  • Promote and upsell travel packages, upgrades, and additional services.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client profiles using CRM.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination knowledge.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) — Galileo & Sabre.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience in travel or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about delivering top-notch travel experiences.
