Job Opportunity: Outreach Partners – Rufayda Health Complex

We are inviting qualified and experienced Orthopedic Surgeons, Pediatricians, and Eye Specialists to join Rufayda Health Complex as Outreach Partners on a 60/40 revenue-sharing basis.

Role Overview:

As an Outreach Partner, you will be an integral part of our patient care team, contributing to the expansion of specialized medical services at our facility. Your role will involve:

Conducting outpatient consultations and follow-ups in your specialty

Providing expert diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education

Coordinating with in-house staff for patient referrals, diagnostics, and continuity of care

Participating in community outreach efforts to build awareness and trust in our services

Ensuring high-quality care, ethical medical practice, and patient satisfaction

Working independently while being supported by our administrative and clinical infrastructure

We provide the space, facility, support staff, and patient flow — you bring your expertise and commitment.
