Position: Architect (2D Drawings, Front Elevation & CDA Compliance)

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect to join our team for society-based construction projects. The ideal candidate must have experience in preparing detailed 2D architectural drawings, front elevations, and should be proficient in relevant architectural software. A sound understanding of CDA (Capital Development Authority) by-laws is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare complete 2D architectural drawings for residential and commercial units.
  2. Design front elevations that meet modern standards and aesthetic requirements.
  3. Ensure all drawings comply with CDA by-laws and society regulations.
  4. Collaborate with civil engineers and site teams for implementation.
  5. Modify and update designs as per client feedback and regulatory needs.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

  • Strong understanding of CDA by-laws and approval procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Prior experience in society or housing schemes will be a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design and drafting work.
