User Experience Hub is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead real estate and operational projects for our U.S.-based portfolio (Indianapolis). This is a unique opportunity to work on international projects while being based at our Multan (DHA) office.

This role requires prior U.S. work experience (minimum 1 year) and strong familiarity with American business culture and real estate practices.

  • Lead and oversee real estate and operations projects for Indianapolis-based properties
  • Coordinate with U.S. leadership and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution
  • Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management
  • Streamline workflows through vendor and stakeholder collaboration
  • Maintain compliance with U.S. standards and regulations
  • Manage documentation, vendor coordination, and operational processes
  • Must have lived and worked in the U.S. for at least 1 year
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations, or real estate coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate and business practices
  • Proficiency in tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  • Remote collaboration experience with U.S.-based teams
  • Understanding of U.S. real estate workflows and vendor management
  • Full-time, onsite role in DHA, Multan
  • Working hours may partially align with U.S. Central Time Zone
  • Laptop required
