Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Upwork Bidding Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and managing bids to secure projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to draft compelling proposals and manage client relationships effectively. In addition, they should have a solid understanding of software development processes and project management principles, as well as excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-potential projects on Upwork
  • Craft compelling proposals that meet client needs and expectations
  • Manage bids and negotiate terms to secure projects
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in bidding on Upwork or other freelancing platforms
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to draft compelling proposals and manage client relationships
  • Understanding of software development processes and project management principles
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)

About the Role:

This full-time role requires collaboration with project managers and developers to understand project requirements and deliverables. The successful candidate will work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
