Job Description:

Spice Herbs Land, a Latvia-based herbal wellness brand, is looking for two talented individuals (or one expert in both areas) to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate(s) will be responsible for driving ROI-focused paid marketing efforts on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

We welcome applicants who specialize in either Google Ads or Meta Ads, but candidates with expertise in both platforms will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization

Monitor ad performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed performance reports

A/B testing of creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversions

Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and ad policy updates

Job Specification:

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video)

Meta Ads (Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads)

Campaign setup and structure optimization

Budget planning and ROAS optimization

Audience segmentation and remarketing

Conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Pixel)

Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)

Strong data interpretation and reporting skills

Excellent communication and time-management skills
