Google & Meta Ads Specialist

Department: Marketing & Communications

Location: Office-Based (Faisalabad)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (10 AM – 7 PM)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Google & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads, improving ROI, and ensuring the best use of ad spend. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing campaigns across both platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping) tailored for our eCommerce website to drive sales and maximize ROI.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and eCommerce conversions.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Write effective ad copy and create optimized ad creatives.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids/budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Track conversions and set up proper analytics/remarketing/pixel tags.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads & Meta Ads trends, tools, and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English communication and ad copywriting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
