SEO Specialist

We are looking for a driven, technical mind to execute and strategize SEO tactics.

• Ability to comfortably work with minimal supervision
• Should be comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Basic understanding of PHP back-end development and troubleshooting
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Foundational knowledge of technical SEO practices
• Need to be comfortable in a team environment and willing to consult and collaborate on various marketing projects to refine ideas, strategize around new initiatives, and critique concepts to achieve the desired results.
• Must be able to plan, manage, prioritize, and schedule projects with a minimum of supervision.
• Willing to take ownership of individual projects while also working on collaborative initiatives for local and national clients.
• Should possess good interpersonal skills and be an adaptable, self-motivated, flexible team player with a positive outlook.

• 2-3 years Search Engine Optimization experience in a client or agency setting
• Experience strategizing and communicating SEO value with clients and internal stakeholders
• Significant experience with various web apps, services, and hosting platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Google Apps, SEO specific platforms similar to Agency Analytics and SEMrush
• Highly logical and organized with an ability to communicate progress to various team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and add value to clients through thought contribution and final project deliverables
• High level of personal accountability, creativity, and confidence in abilities
• Self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
