Job Summary:

We are seeking a SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Search Engine Optimization, technical skills, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work independently with minimal supervision to execute and strategize our online presence.
  2. Debug website issues using tools like Firebug and Chrome inspector.
  3. Apply foundational knowledge of technical SEO practices to improve website performance.
  4. Design and develop responsive design websites that meet client needs.
  5. Collaborate with the team to refine ideas, strategize new initiatives, and critique concepts.
  6. Plan, manage, and prioritize projects with minimal oversight.
  7. Take ownership of individual projects while working on collaborative initiatives for clients.

Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 2-3 years of Search Engine Optimization experience in a client or agency setting.
  2. Experience strategizing and communicating SEO value with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Significant experience with various web apps, services, and hosting platforms.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Google Apps, and SEO-specific platforms.
  5. Highly logical and organized, with excellent communication skills.
  6. Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and add value to clients through thought contribution and project deliverables.
  7. High level of personal accountability, creativity, and confidence in abilities.
  8. Self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job.

The ideal candidate will possess good interpersonal skills, be adaptable, self-motivated, and flexible, with a positive outlook.
