About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist with expertise in freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) and LinkedIn lead generation. The role requires strong skills in data scraping, email marketing, and client acquisition to drive business growth across various industries.
Responsibilities- Identify, bid, and secure projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn prospecting, outreach campaigns, and networking.
- Perform data scraping to build targeted lead databases for outreach.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and convert them into clients.
- Research and analyze industries, client needs, and market trends to create personalized pitches.
- Write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, technical) to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Track progress through CRM tools and provide regular reports to management.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
- Proven experience in business development on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Hands-on experience with data scraping tools and techniques for lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Ability to target multiple industries (IT, Marketing, SaaS, E-commerce, Design, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
