Role Overview:

We're looking for a performance-driven Graphic Designer who blends aesthetics with analytics. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-impact, conversion-focused visual assets across various eCommerce touchpoints. You'll collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and editors to bring data-backed ideas to life, ensuring every design isn't just beautiful, but effective. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who understands funnel-specific creative needs and thrives in a high-output environment without compromising quality.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably within eCommerce or DTC)
  • Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals, branding, and layout hierarchy
  • Understanding of performance-driven design and funnel-specific creative requirements
  • Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, email, PDP, and landing page formats
  • High attention to detail with a refined sense of brand consistency
  • Proactive, collaborative, and receptive to creative feedback
  • Strong organization and file management skills
  • Comfortable using Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace in a fast-paced team setting

What You'll Do:

  • Create and deliver 8–10 static ad creatives per day
  • Collaborate with the copywriting and strategy teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Adjust design outputs based on performance metrics and team feedback
  • Provide visual critique on video editor outputs when required
  • Participate in weekly/monthly design review sessions and brainstorming meetings
  • Stay updated on industry design trends and DTC visual best practices
  • Ensure every design meets brand guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Proactively contribute layout or visual ideas for A/B testing and experimentation
  • Maintain organized, ready-to-export design files with labeled layers and folders
  • Deliver 5–8 Assets Per Day: 25–40 branded assets per week across various formats
