We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, crafting persuasive proposals, and winning projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork (and optionally Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).

You'll act as the first point of contact between our company and potential clients, playing a key role in securing new business and helping us grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Write customized, compelling proposals that clearly outline our value proposition.
  • Maintain an active presence on platforms by submitting daily bids.
  • Communicate with potential clients to gather project requirements and answer queries.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Track and follow up on leads and open conversations.
  • Maintain a proposal pipeline and generate regular reports on bidding performance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, design, mobile apps, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to craft personalized, well-structured proposals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Basic + Commission
