Responsibilities:
- Full understanding of the company's services and offerings
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities
- Managing the BD team and ensuring work is completed
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings, and close deals with the CEO
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives and improving sales
- Monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns; running them end-to-end, tracking and analyzing campaign results and suggesting improvements
- Ensuring prompt and accurate communication with clients via email
- Working with the tech team on potential leads to take things forward
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
