• Drives portfolio prioritization in line with the enterprise ambition and goals.
• Enables the fluid resource allocation and creates transparency around investment across the organization.
• Outcome based planning, flexible resource allocation, catalysts, enablers, custodian of performance, above-country network.
• Supports all squads, teams and functions concerning financial and strategic decisions and acts as sparring partner.
• Acts as a strategic thought partner that generates integrated, end-to-end, customer-centric insights.
• Enables informed decision making with the ultimate goal to drive better outcomes for more patients – lead the monthly business reviews.
• Engages with the Finance Champions and drives initiatives in the field of automation and AI in order to enable most effective resource allocation.
• Drives the budget with in depth understanding of how sales and OPEX expectations are composed including the ambition level and the underlying assumptions.
• Financial Backbone Activities including all the operational tasks which stay in the affiliates and make sure that our month end closing works flawlessly. E.g. accruals, OpEx reporting etc.
• Price monitoring & Management.
• Proactively building and maintaining networks across both, local and global organization.

Who you are

• Can foster and practice innovation by actively using and promoting new ways of working and collaboration (e.g. OBP, investment retrospective etc.).
• Can break siloes and act as thought partner beyond financial processes/topics.
• Have experience of SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC), Digital, Business Finance Champions, Reporting.
• Be familiar with the latest data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, SAC etc.).
• Have 3-5 years working in FP&A, Controlling and Finance Business Partnering roles.
• Have CA/ACCA/MBA.
