Position Overview

As a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Specialist at Zones, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies within the Microsoft Qualified Lead Referral Program (MSQRP) to expand our OEM partnerships and increase sales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Microsoft-qualified referrals by identifying and contacting relevant customers.
  • Schedule Microsoft Teams meetings with qualified leads to discuss their IT infrastructure needs.
  • Recommend suitable Microsoft Licensing solutions to customers.
  • Manage B2B client relationships to ensure successful solution implementation.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft products and services.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to M365 Licensing.
  • Support Account Managers with licensing discussions by providing in-depth Microsoft Licensing knowledge.
  • Participate in customer licensing discussions via Teams meetings.
  • Analyze customer licensing needs to identify gaps or optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technology sales or lead generation roles, with the ability to scope and price solutions independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Cloud certifications or knowledge of Microsoft programs are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software and licensing plans is advantageous.
  • Strong learning ability, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
  • Passion for industry trends and sales development.
