Job Summary:

To support the successful transformation of the business into a world-class sourcing organization by maintaining strong business relationships and executing business strategies at the operational level through core sourcing competencies. To support pre-production and production/operations responsibilities and collaborate with global counterparts to meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison for global sourcing operations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners worldwide.
  • Understand all TCP processes, systems, and expectations.
  • Manage WIP reports and monitor bulk production to ensure timely shipments.
  • Align tasks to meet calendar deliverables.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems.
  • Implement efficient tracking mechanisms and report to corporate headquarters.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, creating pivot tables, charts, and reports.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
  • Assist in preparing dashboards and performance reports.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree or higher in Fashion Design, Clothing/Textiles, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including pivot tables and lookup functions.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts.
  • Experience with vendor scorecarding and capacity tools.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred.
