Talent Acquisition Associate at Game District | Talent Management | Head Hunter

We're looking for a Senior Concept Artist to bring our game worlds to life You will create compelling characters, environments, props, and visual concepts that define the look and feel of our upcoming games. From early sketches to final assets, your work will guide our team and shape the player's visual experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality concept art for characters, environments, props, and UI elements.
  • Develop 2D game-ready assets based on concept designs and game requirements.
  • Work closely with game designers, animators, and developers to ensure a cohesive visual style.
  • Maintain a consistent visual direction across all assets.
  • Assist in building and maintaining art style guides and asset libraries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a 2D Artist or Concept Artist in the game industry (portfolio required).
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and anatomy.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint).
  • Ability to create both detailed concept pieces and clean production-ready assets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with game development pipelines and working within technical constraints.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design for games.
  • Passion for mobile games and an understanding of current art trends in the industry.
