Software Solutions Architect (US/Europe)

This is an onsite job in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Alachisoft is seeking an experienced Software Solutions Architect (US/Europe) to lead our Customer Success team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, passionate, and technically skilled leader.

You will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our enterprise customers. As a senior team member, you will collaborate with various teams to facilitate customer onboarding, adoption, value realization, and retention. Your expertise in NCache, the .NET environment, and customer needs will shape our customer success strategies, fostering long-term relationships.

Our product, NCache, is utilized by a diverse range of organizations, including Fortune 1000 companies across the US, Canada, UK, Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor the Customer Success Team, oversee the customer lifecycle, ensure delivery of value, collaborate with sales, and participate in technical reviews.
  • Solutions Architect (.NET/Java): Master NCache features and architecture, understand competitors, learn customer use cases, conduct technical demos, guide customers on NCache integration, and develop educational webinars and videos.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent, 8+ years in software technology, with 3+ years in leadership.
  • 2+ years in software development (.NET/Java), with strong programming skills.
  • Proven success in international technical customer interactions.
  • Confident, articulate personality.
