Senior Talent Acquisition at NOW Software


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


• Design and oversee the implementation of complex software and hardware systems, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards.


• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.


• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.


• Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise-wide systems.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with at least 3 years in software architecture and design.


• Strong experience with Microservices Architecture.


• Hands-on with clean architecture design following CQRS.


• Strong expertise in architecture frameworks and methodologies.


• Proficiency in designing solutions for cloud as well as on premises platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


• In-depth knowledge of software development in .NET technologies especially .NET core and with React, SQL server and other technologies.


• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
