You will collaborate closely with designers, digital marketers, and program teams to ensure that our web applications are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for performance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Web flow, Shopify, etc.).
  • Convert design mock-ups (Figma/Adobe XD) into functional, responsive websites.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement tracking, analytics, and third-party integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and content teams to improve user journeys.
  • Troubleshoot bugs and implement regular updates and improvements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in web development (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/Next.js is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress, Web flow, or Shopify.
  • Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and site performance optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills and familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
