About the Role: We seek a skilled Technical Lead with a strong background in JAVA Classic technologies to guide our development team, ensure high-quality software delivery, and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor developers in designing, developing, and deploying JAVA applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Follow security best practices, including SAST and SCA tools.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in JAVA Classic programming.
  • Experience with JSF for web UI development.
  • Knowledge of Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Boot, Security).
  • Expertise in Hibernate ORM and database management.
  • Proficiency with Maven for build automation.
  • Experience with Jboss application server.
  • Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices.
  • Understanding of security concepts, SAST, and SCA tools.
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and shell scripting skills.

Total experience expected: 8-11 years.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of relevant software development and leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
