**Job Brief:**

We are seeking a result-oriented, passionate Software Developer with PHP and React Js skills to join our team. This challenging role requires dedication, creativity, and strong communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. The Web Developer will be responsible for building the presentation layer for a web application and overseeing specific development and their delivery.
  2. Taking up system analysis, design, documenting responsibilities, and completing them on time. Also, performing code analysis and reading exercises for current and previous projects.
  3. Involved in coding activities besides the team management role and keeping track of existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues, involving the team to study and learn from existing projects.
  4. Advising on ways to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications.
  5. Possessing excellent attention to detail and quickly learning new software, frameworks, languages, and technologies with ease.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  1. Hands-on experience in Core PHP and familiarity with XHTML, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, APIs, and mod-rewriting.
  2. The primary focus will be on front-end technologies; Hands-On Experience in React Js is mandatory, while the ability to work on back-end components like content management systems such as Drupal and WordPress would be an added advantage.
  3. Insight into proper setup and configuration of the web server.
  4. Experience with online payment gateways and affiliate management systems, including Payment Gateways like Paypal, Authorize.net, Google Checkout, and CCAVANUE.
  5. Experience in optimizing MySQL/SQL/NoSQL queries and databases to improve performance.
  6. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to Project Managers, Clients, and other audiences of all technical levels in a team environment.
  7. Experience working in Agile Methodology.
