As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Answer and redirect phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  4. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  5. Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  6. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and office coordination.
  9. Provide general support to visitors and staff, ensuring their satisfaction and meeting their needs.
Job Specification
  1. Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
  6. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and visitors with efficiency and grace.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  8. Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
