Looking for a Female Receptionist at Inspirations (Pvt) Ltd in Bahria Town Karachi Office.

Job Description:

  1. Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience as a receptionist in the marketing field.
  2. Must be efficient in computers, with good knowledge of MS Office.
  3. Handling reception/front desk of the showroom.
  4. Attending telephone calls and scheduling meetings for sales operations.
  5. Should have the presence of mind and a pleasing personality with great verbal and written skills.
  6. Maintain walk-in customers' records and follow them back when appropriate.
  7. Candidates staying near Bahria Town Karachi would be preferred.
  8. Relevant field experience would be preferred.
