How You'll Make a Difference:
Build and launch high-performing Email and SMS campaigns that captivate and convert
Create smart automation flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, win-back campaigns, birthday triggers, etc.)
Design and implement welcome popups and lead generation forms to grow our subscriber base
Craft and send event-driven emails (holiday promotions, product launches, flash sales, etc.)
Personalize messaging through advanced segmentation and dynamic content strategies
Set up, run, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
Collaborate with designers to produce stunning, mobile-optimized email templates
Monitor deliverability, list health, frequency, and engagement to protect inbox reputation
Track industry trends and competitor moves — always keep us one step ahead
What You'll Bring:
1-2 years of experience in email marketing or CRM marketing
Strong hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
Excellent copywriting and editing skills — you know how to grab attention and drive clicks
