Job Overview

As a Visual Communication Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that communicate the brand's message effectively across various digital and print platforms. With 2 years of hands-on experience in design, you will work closely with the creative team to translate ideas into visually impactful designs that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and produce creative visual materials including but not limited to websites, digital ads, social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and print materials.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand brand goals and target audience, and develop visual concepts accordingly.
  3. Ensure consistency of design across all visual assets, maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity.
  4. Use design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) to create high-quality designs within set timelines.
  5. Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, while maintaining a positive, iterative design process.
  6. Stay updated on design trends and best practices in the field of visual communication.
  7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate project outcomes.
  8. Prepare and deliver final files for production, ensuring the quality of the output meets professional standards.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  2. At least 2 years of professional experience in visual design or a related field.
  3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
  4. Experience in creating visual content for both digital and print mediums.
  5. Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, with an ability to articulate design decisions.
  9. A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills is required.

Nice-to-Have

  1. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
  2. Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles.
  3. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web design.
