Nationwide travel required, with frequent assignments in different cities where our centres are located.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role requiring traveling to multiple cities for brand presence as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Le Lotus Clinique. The specialist will be responsible for daily sales and marketing activities, including customer service, training, and sales management to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide business support to sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of initiatives
  2. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  3. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to measure sales and marketing performance
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  6. Travel nationwide to different cities for business development, client meetings, and team support

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales and sales management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the beauty or wellness industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
