Role Description

As anAssistant Manager, you'll drive operational excellence and team leadership within our dynamic real estate ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure seamless workflow across departments (sales, marketing, client services) and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to business development, market expansion.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, developers, and internal teams to align goals and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years in real estate, sales, or operations management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office) 34 .
  • Skills:
  • Leadership with proven team-management abilities.
  • Analytical problem-solving and strategic planning.
  • Expertise in real estate regulations/market trends.
  • Excellent communication (English + Urdu).
