Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate with a strong strategic mindset and expertise in sales, client relationship management, and market expansion. The ideal candidate is a proactive thinker with excellent communication skills, the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients through platforms and portals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Manage multiple client interactions and business development projects simultaneously while meeting revenue targets.
Required Skills
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Proven experience in securing projects through effective communication.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, market research, and sales strategies.
  • Experience in client communication through platforms or portals via calls, emails, and texts.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales and business growth strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing deals and managing contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching services and handling client inquiries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software is a plus.
