Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate with a strong strategic mindset and expertise in sales, client relationship management, and market expansion. The ideal candidate is a proactive thinker with excellent communication skills, the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential clients through platforms and portals to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and emerging market opportunities.
- Manage multiple client interactions and business development projects simultaneously while meeting revenue targets.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Proven experience in securing projects through effective communication.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, market research, and sales strategies.
- Experience in client communication through platforms or portals via calls, emails, and texts.
- Ability to develop and execute sales and business growth strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing deals and managing contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching services and handling client inquiries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and projects efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software is a plus.
