What You'll Do

As a UI/UX & WordPress Specialist, you won't just design interfaces—you'll craft experiences that resonate, convert, and endure.

You will:

UI/UX Mastery:

  • Design seamless, intuitive, and visually stunning user experiences for web platforms across Phi Consulting and its sister brands.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform data-driven design improvements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our mission to inspire and lead.

WordPress Expertise:

  • Build and optimize custom WordPress sites with robust performance, accessibility, and scalability at their core.
  • Ensure every website embodies excellence, speed, and SEO readiness.

Brand Innovation:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and RevOps teams to conceptualize and deliver unified brand identities across digital platforms.
  • Elevate our digital presence with compelling, creative assets that tell a story.
  • Establish and maintain design systems and style guides that scale with our growing portfolio of brands.
