Remotiv is hiring a Manager, Social Innovation Community & Partnerships for its client, to support their Foundry alumni community. — a global network of 1,600+ social innovators and alumni of the Fellowship and Accelerator programs. You'll work closely with client Pakistan team to engage the community, develop meaningful partnerships, and create opportunities for social innovators to thrive.

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Experience Required: 8+ years

About the Client:

The client is the world's school for social change, developing the next generation of leaders and innovators to tackle poverty through moral leadership, courage, and a commitment to dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Programs: Design and implement events, workshops, and engagements to support 50–60% of Foundry members annually.
  • Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with funders, investors, corporates, and ecosystem players to create strategic opportunities for social innovators.
  • Data & Insights: Collect and analyze data to understand community needs and drive impact-driven interventions.
  • Community Support: Maintain active relationships with over 300 changemakers, enabling them through a dedicated platform and support tools.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Support the recruitment and Fellowship processes, contributing to broader team goals.
    • Who We're Looking For:
      • 8+ years of experience in partnerships, community building, or social impact
      • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of impactful collaborations
      • Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
      • Passionate about social change and aligned with organization values
