About the Job:

The Library Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the library team in maintaining a conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in cataloging and classification of books and other library materials
  • Provide research assistance to students and faculty members
  • Maintain a clean and organized library environment
  • Develop and implement programs to promote literacy and reading habits
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
