Overview

We are hiring a Quality Control & Assurance Lead for a reputed chemical manufacturing company based in Clifton, with operations at Port Qasim. This role requires a senior-level professional with hands-on experience in managing QA/QC departments within the chemical, textile dyeing, or paint sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all QA/QC operations including lab testing, inspections, documentation, inventory checks, and team leadership.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal and external quality standards across production units.
  • Oversee export quality checks and ensure all shipments meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Manage and resolve customer quality complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for timely availability of raw materials and QA-related inventory.
  • Organize training sessions and skill development programs for departmental staff.
  • Prepare and manage the department's annual budget, including equipment upgrades and resource planning.
Skills & Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in quality assurance and control.
  • In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functionally and maintain high operational standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs280,000.00 per month
