Encodersislooking for a highly motivated and experiencedeBook Sales Specialistto join our dynamic team. This is afront sales role, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to actively engage with clients to drive eBook sales and meet individual revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets (USD 10K–15K/month).
  • Actively engage in front-line sales efforts with clients to promote and sell eBooks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in eBook or digital sales (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Punctual, responsible, sincere, and passionate about sales.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
  • Must be based inKarachiand available foron-sitework.
